         IMPORTANT COURSE REGISTRATION DATES

         WATCH THIS VIDEO FOR STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS!

        AFTER you have watch the video, select the appropriate Course Selection Contract from the links below and save it to your desktop (please “save as” your last name, first name). Open the saved file, fill it out as instructed, then save it again. Email the saved file to your alpha counselor.

        COURSE SELECTION CONTRACTS FOR POTENTIAL FULL IB STUDENTS:

        After your counselor receives your Course Selection Contract, he or she will meet with you to answer any questions (your teacher will bring you down with his or her class during February/March) you may have and to enter the courses you have chosen. Please make SURE that you have completed the form BEFORE you meet with your counselor! Your counselor will not be able to choose your electives or your alternates for you (so please research courses before you select them). 

         

      Incoming Freshman

      • INCOMING FRESHMAN

        1. Watch THE INCOMING FRESHMEN VIDEO.  (ALL of it)!  (PPT)      PDF

        2. Watch the FRESHMEN COURSE SELECTION VIDEO (ALL of it)!

        3. Download the Incoming Course Selection Contract from the link below and save it to your desktop as your last name, first name.

        INCOMING FRESHMAN COURSE CONTRACT

        3. Save the Course Selection Contract file to your computer. Use the information that was presented in the Incoming Freshmen video and outlined in the COURSE PROFILES  and then complete the Course Selection Contract (save the file as your last name, first name). If you plan to take a course that requires an audition/application/teacher permission, click HERE and take appropriate action(and do not add any of the audition/application/teacher permission courses to your Contract…those will be added after the counselors have been given permission to add a particular student).

        4. IF YOU ARE ATTENDING A CVUSD SCHOOL, you need to bring your completed Course Contract with you to meet with your counselor on your assigned day. 

        IF YOU ARE NOT CURRENTLY ATTENDING A CVUSD SCHOOL, your counselor will contact you AFTER you have met with our registrar and she has added you to our Student Information System.
