Getting involved in your child's educational experience is a tremendous part of their success! As parents, it is important to know what's happening in their classrooms, as well as being a part of budding or continuing friendships. In addition, being active allows you the opportunity to be a part of the larger Banyan community - meeting others with similar interests, and most importantly, having fun!

We hope you'll take advantage of many of our opportunities here at Banyan to get involved, and to stay involved! Several opportunities are listed, but feel free to also check with your child's teacher or the front office if you’re interested. While many of our families are able to volunteer during the day, we have others who aren't due to work obligations or small children at home. These parents can be supportive through encouragement of student academics, and by participating in school evening or weekend events.
