Erica Ultreras is the proud Principal of Conejo Academy of Leadership and Language Immersion, home of the first Spanish-English Dual Language Immersion program in the Conejo Valley!

Ms. Ultreras is a knowledgeable, passionate leader with more than 16 years of experience in education. Throughout her career, her vision has remained constant: “create a school environment that enriches the lives of students, empowers them to find their voices and gives them the skills necessary to take control of their future regardless of their background.”

Prior to her role with Conejo Academy, Ms. Ultreras served as an Assistant Principal for six years. She also has experience as a Resource Teacher: TOSA, and Bilingual Elementary Classroom Teacher. She has led academic initiatives such as developing common benchmark assessments, facilitating professional development, and monitoring intervention systems that have improved classroom practices and increased student achievement. 

Ms. Ultreras is proud to lead Conejo Academy, a special school, with a long tradition of developing students' academic and interpersonal skills to be leaders in the classroom and beyond.
