Ms. Neece

Hi there! My name is Alli Neece and I’m so excited to be teaching at Madroña! I grew up in the Conejo Valley and attended Westlake Hills Elementary, Colina Middle, and Westlake High. I then earned my Bachelor of Science degree at UC San Diego and completed Cal Lutheran’s credentialing program–I’m three classes away from earning my master’s degree! My experience with children spans nearly 10 years and my family is full of educators. In my home life, I love to spend time with my fiance, my family, and pets. I also enjoy cooking, baking, gardening, and rooting for The Dodgers!

Mrs. Berce

I am so happy to be teaching kindergarten at Madroña. I have taught kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades but I love kindergarten the most. I started my teaching career in Las Vegas but moved home to Thousand Oaks after one year of teaching. I grew up in Thousand Oaks and graduated from Westlake High School.

I have two busy athletic sons. I spend many week-ends going to their sporting events. When I get some time to relax I enjoy reading a book, swimming, or going to the movies.

Mrs. Spraggins

Mrs. Spraggins has been a teacher in the Conejo Unified School District since 2000. She received her Bachelors from California Lutheran University where she obtained her credentials in Special Education as well as her Multiple Subject Credential. She has her Master's Degree in Special Education. For fun, she played flute in the wind ensemble and university symphony.

Mrs. Spraggins is also a product of the CVUSD school district. She attended Meadows Elementary School, Colina Middle School and Westlake High School. She was a member of the Warrior Regiment Band and had a blast!

She has two children of her own, Dante and Gemma. Her husband Mark is a professor in the music department at California Lutheran University. In her free time she enjoys traveling and being with family and friends.
