Aileen Wall

Walnut is a little elementary school with a BIG heart, where every student is valued and encouraged to develop a lifelong love of learning.

We believe in developing the whole child, so we invest in the visual and performing arts, technology, physical fitness, and social-emotional development in addition to traditional academics.

Walnut has an active PTA, School Site Council, and English Language Advisory Council. Each of these groups of parents and community members would LOVE to have YOU join them in making sure Walnut provides the best possible learning environment for students and families.

Find us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter to see more of how our Walnut Wildcats achieve academic excellence and pursue their passions for learning every day!

Warmly,
Principal Aileen Wall

Mrs. Wall has been in elementary education for 20 years and became the principal of Walnut School in 2015.  She has a B.A. in Government from Pomona College and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Cal Lutheran.  She holds teaching credentials in K-8 Multiple Subjects, Secondary Single Subject in English with a Civics supplemental, and Administrative Services.  In 2019, she was recognized with a "Leadership Matters" award from ACSA Region 13, but she is most proud to have been named an "Inclusion Hero" by CVUSD in 2020.  Mrs. Wall loves working with the students, staff, and families at Walnut; in fact, her first teaching position was at Walnut!  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, dancing, yoga, going to the beach, and especially spending time with family and friends.
