Facility Use Permits

The portal for the calender year January 1 through June 30 opens on November 15th of each year, and July 1 through December 31 opens on May 15th of each year. Please review the fee schedule, Board of Education Policy, Administrative Regulation and rules and regulations. Once approved, please print out your reservation and have the individual responsible ready to present it to any CVUSD staff member that requests it.

The Conejo Valley Unified School District invites filmmakers to take advantage of the City’s unique geography and proximity to Los Angeles. Located within the Los Angeles 30-Mile Studio Zone, the District welcomes production companies and pledges to support filmmakers with fast and friendly service.

Online Facility Use Request Portal

The Conejo Valley Unified School District accepts facility use requests through an online rental system designed to provide a convenient and accessible user experience. Renters have the opportunity to view facility photos and descriptions, see real-time availability, get estimated quotes, and pay online.To view the district's available facilities, please click here.
Applicants should review CVUSD Board Policy and Regulation, Fee Schedule, as well as the rules and regulations. All applicants hereby agree to hold CVUSD, its Board of Education, the individual members thereof, and all District officers, agents, and employees free and harmless from such loss, damage, liability, cost, and expense that may arise during or be caused in any way by such use or occupancy of school property. Further, the organization or group shall assume full responsibility for adequate care and protection of school property and shall reimburse the District in full for any cleaning, damage, or loss which might occur. Payment for the use of facilities must be made in full prior to use. To avoid a cancellation charge, applicants must notify CVUSD at least five business days prior to scheduled reservation. The Conejo Valley Unified School District reserves the right to revoke, reschedule, or rescind any permit.
Failure to comply with District Rules and Regulations may result in the denial of future use of school facilities.
