Mrs. Francioni

Mrs. Francioni teaches in the Learning Essentials Academic Program (LEAP) in the department of Special Education. The LEAP program focuses on the essential Common Core standards in addition to the individualized goals and objectives designed for each student. The program also focuses on Specialized Academic Instruction in all content areas. She has been teaching in the program since 2006.

Mrs. Francioni received her Bachelors from California State University Channel islands and obtained her moderate/severe credential  at California Lutheran University. For fun, she rode horses competing almost every weekend. She started her career working with individuals with disabilities as a senior in high school as a paraprofessional at the preschool before she became a teacher in the CVUSD school district.

Mrs. Francioni is also a product of the CVUSD school district. She attended Acacia  Elementary, Redwood Middle School and Thousand Oaks High School. She participated in Independent Study PE and rode hunter jumper horses competitively!

She has two children of her own, Alivia and Konner. Alivia is currently attending Madrona Elementary.  Her husband Steve works at Ralphs in the produce and Cashier department. In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping at Target, swimming, and spending time with my family and friends.

Mrs. Wynner

Mrs. Wynner teaches in the Learning Essentials Academic Program (LEAP) in the department of Special Education. One of the many things Mrs. Wynner loves about this program is spending time with another 4th grade class as part of our Inclusion program. Before she taught in the Special Education department at Madrona, she taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grade general education classes also at Madrona. She feels so fortunate to have spent her whole teaching career at Madrona!

Mrs. Wynner received her Bachelor’s degree from University of California at Irvine and then received a teaching credential and Masters of Education from University of California at Los Angeles. When she decided to become a Special Education teacher, she received her credential from California Lutheran University.

My son, Ethan, is studying Linguistics at Moorpark College and my daughter, Annie, attends UC Berkeley in northern California. They are both very busy and I love spending time with them when they are home.
