Our Library
The Library has over 10,000 titles available for students to check out, and an additional 100 books in our reference library. Each class visits every week to listen to Mrs. Noad read, learn library and research skills, and check-out books.

The Ladera Stars Academy Library’s goal is to foster a love of reading and storytelling. Classes visit weekly to select books. One a week for grades TK-2 and two for grades 3-5. Every student is responsible for their books. Scholars forgetting Library books must return overdue books before checking out new ones. Please help your child keep track of their books.

Any lost or damaged books will need to be replaced. Families are given the option to purchase a hardback replacement for the missing book or pay a fine of $15 per book.

 Mrs. Noad has been an Instructional Media Technician/Librarian in the CVUSD since 2012 and has worked in the district since 2008. She thinks she’s got the best job in town!
