Mrs. Ross has been teaching for twenty eight years. She has taught several grade levels, but loves teaching TK. Her favorite part of teaching TK is watching the growth the children make every year and seeing how eager they are to learn. She loves making the children's first experience with school positive and fun!

My name is Alison Bahr. I was born in the former Panama Canal Zone, and it was where I spent my early childhood. My family then moved to Northern Virginia and on to Thousand Oaks. I graduated from Westlake High School, earned my BS degree from Cal Poly SLO, earned my teaching credential from Cal Lutheran University, and earned my Master's Degree from Grand Canyon University. I have been a teacher in the CVUSD for 20 years. In those years, I taught 3rd and 4th grade and have been teaching TK in the district since 2011. I have two sons, and I enjoy spending time with them, my sister and her family and my mother. I am excited to be joining the Cypress team and am looking forward to a wonderful school year!
