2024 Summer Work Permits and Transcript Requests

(Closed on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, Thursday, July 4, 2024 and Friday, July 5, 2024)

WORK PERMIT INFORMATION DURING SUMMER

Work permits will be processed by the District Office from June 24, 2024 - August 2, 2024 during weekdays.

If you are requesting a work permit outside of this time frame, you must work with your school to obtain your permit. 

Please bring the following items in order to obtain a work permit:

1. Statement of Intent to Employ a Minor Form CDE B1-1
2. A valid photo I.D.

Please make sure that your contact information is on the work permit form, so we can contact you when it is ready for pickup.

TRANSCRIPT INFORMATION DURING SUMMER

Transcript requests will be processed via the school websites, as they have been during the 2023-2024 school year. For transcript-related questions from June 24, 2024 – August 2, 2024 please call the District Office at 805-497-9511.

Starting August 5, 2024 work permits and transcript requests will be processed at your high school for the 2024-2025 school year.
