Now Open: Neighborhood School Enrollment for New CVUSD Students for the 2023-2024 School Year

Online Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year for new CVUSD students is now open! The 2023-2024 online Pre-Enrollment for all new TK-12 CVUSD students is available as of Monday, January 30th.

On and after this date, families may proceed to https://conejo.vcoe.org/preenrollment (or:https://conejo.vcoe.org/ and click on the "Online New Student Enrollment" button) to begin the enrollment process for their new to CVUSD student.

For more detailed Online pre-enrollment instructions, please click here.  For directions about uploading filled out documents, please click here.

Completed enrollment information should be submitted to your assigned neighborhood school.

To determine your assigned neighborhood school, please use our “Street Index” and “School Locator” map.

School site office staff will contact you directly to complete the remaining requirements for enrollment. Questions regarding the online Pre-Enroll process may be directed to your elementary school office manager or secondary school registrar - contact information available here.

If your child is currently enrolled in a CVUSD school, you do not need to proceed with the online Pre-Enroll process to go to the next grade level. All currently enrolled students will receive Annual Updates information prior to the start of the 2023-2024 school year.

For the 2023-2024 academic school year, students who will be five years of age by September 1, 2023 are eligible to enroll in Kindergarten (no exceptions).

Children born between 9/2/2018 and 4/2/19 are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) only. A school choice application is no longer required for enrollment in TK, unless you are applying for your student to attend a school other than your assigned neighborhood school.  **EARThS Magnet School does not have TK classes.

**Please note: If you apply via the School Choice Application process to attend a CVUSD school other than your assigned neighborhood school, and the School Choice Application is approved, the enrollment documents submitted to your assigned neighborhood school will be forwarded to the approved school (for grades TK-12).

We look forward to providing your child with an exceptional educational experience in our CVUSD schools!
